SUBSTANCE: device has frame, bed rotatable about horizontal axis by means of drive, having its working surface mounted on the frame, means for controlling bed tilt axis position, carriage mounted on guides on the opposite bed side and unit for fixing patient body. The device has shoulder rest members mounted on the working surface of the bed to enable one to adjust distance separating them. Through holes are produced in the bed for thoracic and lumbar belts fixing patient body. Opening for positioning patient face is produced in the bed end area remote from the rotation axis. Removable cantilever member with guide member is set on the bed end far away from the rotation axis. Pulley with flexible rope linked to Glisson loop is movably mounted on the guide member to allow movements across the bed width to take place. The carriage having slits for receiving the fixing belts is mounted on the guide member to allow its position to be fixed. EFFECT: wide range of functional applications; enabled full scale treatment to be done on various segments of the vertebral column, chest, extremities. 5 cl, 11 dwg
