PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software management system capable of developing the use of contents and protecting a contents holder having a copyright at the same time. SOLUTION: An open electronic bulletin board for disclosing personal contents to a third person and mediating transfer of the disclosed contents to the third person is opened on a network, and via an electronic mail communication with a manager managing the electronic bulletin board, the contents owner communicates with the third person. When a request for transfer of the contents disclosed on the electronic bulletin board is made from the third person, the manager obtains the contents from the owner, passes the contents to the third person, passes a prize raffle carrying an advertisement to the owner of the contents, and passes a copyright fee to the contents holder. As a foundation of the prize and the copyright fee, an advertisement income from the advertisement attached to the prize raffle is used. |
