PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control confidential data of a printer connected to a network environment so as to be outputted from an output device other than an output device that receives an output request for the confidential data when there is an other data output request in the output device that receives the original request. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a security managing part 106 for printing confidential data and preventing the printed confidential data from being outputted until an output instruction is received in printing and outputting the data, a data output managing part 107 for managing a data output state on the basis of an output from the managing part 106, and a data output controlling part 108 for preventing an output request from being received from any output device 103 to 105 other than particular output devices 103 and 105 while the particular output devices 103 to 105 print out the confidential data in response to an output request from the managing part 107. |
