PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing method, a mobile communication system and a communication device by which the certainty of information provision to mobile terminals is improved. SOLUTION: A router 110 transmits information packets obtained from the Internet 200 to all the access points 120-0 to 120-N, and each of the access points 120-0 to 120-N transmits the information packet to a service area which it constitutes. In this way, a mobile terminal 300 in the service area constituted by one of the access points 120-0 to 120-N can receive the information packet regardless of its position, and the certainty of information provision to mobile terminals is improved in comparison with the conventional system.
