SUBSTANCE: machine tool has pair of winding rollers defining winding frame, means to feed roll material to frame, means to provide longitudinal cutting of roll material, means for mounting axially aligned tubular winding cores in winding frame, and longitudinal cutting station located in upper direction relative to winding rollers with tools for dividing large length tube into tubular cores of limited length at right angles to axis of winding rollers. Longitudinal cutting station has holder with means for mounting holder in tube and for taking holder out of tubular cores formed by dividing said tube.
