PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplification factor adjusting method of a signal processing circuit in which working efficiency is high. SOLUTION: In this amplification factor adjusting method of a signal processing circuit, analog signals are inputted simultaneously in an amplifying circuit 4 and an attenuation circuit 5, and an amplified signal and an attenuated signal are A/D converted respectively and combined afterwards. In the method, the amplitude ratio between a value which is calculated by a method where a digital signal is generated as a reference signal, D/A converted, amplified by an amplifying circuit 4, A/D- converted and subjected to calculation processing and a value which is calculated by a method wherein the digital signal is attenuated by the attenuation circuit 5, A/D converted and subjected to calculation processing, is calculated and compared with amplification ratio between the amplifying circuit 4 and the attenuation circuit 5. Amplification factor for adjustment when signal combining is performed on the analog signal inputted in the amplifying circuit 4 or the attenuation circuit 5 is calculated, stored and multiplied by the amplification factor of the amplifying circuit 4 or the attenuation factor of the attenuation circuit 5, when actual signal processing is performed.
