PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of image diagnosis work in the case of adopting a storage state to store a medical image data in a data center by storing an electronic medical chart in a medical facility. SOLUTION: A client terminal 20 furnished in the medical facility is furnished with an image output means 51 to output the medical image data received through the Internet 30 from a server 40 and an electronic medical chart output means 52 to output a medical chart data memorized in an electronic medical chart memory means 24, and control means 26 furnished on the client terminal 20 is furnished with a function of a linkage output means to output the medical chart data and the medical image data related to each other by respectively linking them to the electronic medical chart output means 52 and the image output means 51 by using related information relating the medical chart data and the medical image data.
