PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp producing no lowering of light flux by suppressing the deposit of components composing a resin from resin parts composing the fluorescent lamp. SOLUTION: A holder 3 holds a non-linear arc tube 2 by an adhesive, and holds a lighting circuit 4 on the opposite side to the arc tube 2 side. A PBT resin case 5 having a base 6 is provided so as to cover the lighting circuit 4, and a globe 7 to which fine powder of a light diffusing substance adheres is provided so as to cover the arc tube 2. These case 5 and globe 7 compose an envelope. A PET resin having a mass reduction percentage of 0.3% or less after UV irradiation having a main wave length in the vicinity of 254 nm is carried out in an 180 deg.C atmosphere is used for the holder 3. |
