SUBSTANCE: proposed power plant that may be used at points whereto delivery of specific expensive fuels presents difficulties and where there is oil line and raw oil can be extracted or supplied to plant is designed for mounting at points of raw oil accumulation and treatment where oil flares occur for decades and enables their extinguishing for ever. Power plant has heat generator, primarily gas-turbine engine, and fuel pre-treatment device made in the form of raw oil process heater with separator installed at its outlet to separate gases, including casing-head gases, used as fuel for power- plant engine. Novelty is that (a) burner functions as source of heating medium in oil heater and used as its main fuel is some portion of mentioned gas separated in heater separator and steam phase interchangeable with main fuel may be employed, for example, as starting fuel; (b) oil heater and separator are built integral as single unit in the form of vertical shell-and-tube heat exchanger with easily removable waterwall bar tubes; (c) manifold discharging fuel gas from heater is connected to condenser cooled down with raw oil so that clean gas outlet communicates on one end with heater burner inlet through heated degassed oil temperature controller and on other end, with engine heat controller inlet. Adjustable-delivery oil pump is installed at raw cooling oil outlet of condenser, at its inlet to heater; suction pipe of pump mounts Venturi tube whose neck is connected to steam trap communicating through its inlet with bottom part of condenser; starting-fuel delivery pipe is connected through check valve to heated degassed oil temperature controller. EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability of oil process heater and drive engine; enhanced economic efficiency; improved environmental friendliness. 3 cl, 2 dwg
