End customer sends cyclogram of heating gear desired by him to control system which simultaneously optimizes consumed energy and power on basis of given cyclogram and working condition and capacity of power supply network. In this case control instructions are sent to local controlling unit. Proposed communication and control structure includes specialized control system 4 for realization of control and local controlling units 7 installed at end customers 2 as well as one or more devices of communication matching.
