MOLD FINISHING AUTOMATION APPARATUS USING ULTRASONIC WAVE VIBRATION TOOL

PURPOSE: A mold finishing automation apparatus is provided to precisely polish a surface using a location freedom degree which is provided to a computer numerical control machine tool. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic wave vibration tool(5) includes an ultrasonic wave vibrator(7), a vibration amplifier(8), and a tool portion(9). The ultrasonic wave vibrator(7) is connected to an ultrasonic wave oscillator(6). The vibration amplifier(8) is formed between the ultrasonic wave vibrator(7) and a tool portion(9) and amplifies amplitude of the ultrasonic wave vibrator(7). The tool portion(9) is attached to the vibration amplifier(8) and polishes and processes a machine tool by a vibration. A main shaft is fixed and connected to a computer numerical control machine tool. A first driver is connected to the main shaft through a first connector. A second driver rotates a tool housing.
