MOLD FINISHING AUTOMATION APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A mold finishing automation apparatus is provided to process a complicated mold surface by adding three location freedom degrees and controlling two location freedom degrees and one force freedom degree. CONSTITUTION: A housing(40) includes a main shaft(11), a first driver(10), and a second driver(25). The main shaft(11) is rotatively fixed and connected to a computer numerical control machine tool. The main shaft(11) is mounted and connected to a collet chuck of a computer numerical control machine tool. The first driver(10) is connected to the main shaft(11) through a first connector(12). The first connector(12) includes a belt. One side of the belt is connected to the main shaft(11) and another side of the belt is connected to a rotating shaft(10a). The belt rotates the housing(40) by an operation of the first driver(10). The second driver(25) is connected to a polishing tool(30) through a second connector(20) and rotates the polishing tool(30) at a plane perpendicular to a working surface.
