PLANAR COIL AND PLANAR TRANSFORMER

Loss of main winding is reduced while increasing the degree of freedom in the number of turns of auxiliary winding by increasing the space factor of conductors in the main winding with respect to the arranging area of entire conductors. The main winding has a patterned conductor (11a) formed by arranging a planar conductor spirally. The patterned conductor (11a) is connected, via a through hole (29), with other patterned conductor for the main winding superposed through an insulation layer (10). The auxiliary winding has a patterned conductor (11b) for auxiliary winding arranged on the same plane as the patterned conductor (11a). The patterned conductor (11b) includes a part of one turn or more on the inside of the through hole (29).
