PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the conveyance of a material to be recorded preventing its damage by a conveyance driven roller mounting device allowing a conveyance driven roller to come into face contact with the material to be recorded uniformly and rotate. SOLUTION: A holder 1 is attached to a main body frame 3 so as to swing by nipping the main body frame 3 from an upper side and a lower side by two projecting parts 13 and two support parts 14. One end side of a torsional coil spring 4 is positioned in a groove 17, and energizing force by spring force of the torsional coil spring 4 acts therein. The holder 1 has high rigidity for deflection by a surface rib 12 and a rear surface rib. The surface rib 12 and the rear surface rib divide the energizing force acting in the groove 17 equally and transmit the force to right and left bearing parts 11. Consequently, the energizing force by the torsional coil spring 4 acts uniformly in both end parts of the conveyance driven roller 54 whose both ends are supported in the bearing parts 11.
