<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal method for a split T-shaped pipe having a simple constitution, capable of surely closing a branch port, and providing a stable cut-off performance. SOLUTION: An annular core B whose elastic body L is stuck to the external circumference of a metal cylindrical body M having its end part threaded with a female screw T is liquid-tightly installed in the branch port 38a of a fluid pipe 38 by plastic deformation with its enlarged state, and a plug body 40 is threadedly fitted and closed to the female screw T of the annular core B. This constitution not only extremely simplifies structure but also surely closes the branch port by a simple operation without affected by the friction coefficient due to no sliding part like a conventional installation device so as to provide a stable cut-off performance.</p> |
