PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably manufacturing a smooth film for a long time by which deposits, etc., on the surface of a substrate can be suppressed while good releasing properties are kept in the method for manufacturing the film by which a polymer solution is cast and molded on the substrate. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the film by which the polymer solution is cast and molded on the substrate, the method for manufacturing the film characterized by providing a continuous spiral channel on the surface of the substrate is provided. |
