PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time taken for shifting a fixing part of a picture forming device from a energy-saving state to a picture formable state. SOLUTION: The picture forming device of an electrophotographic system provided with a function of shifting to an energy-saving mode, is provided with two systems of a CPU 53 and a comparator 56 as control means for energizing an AC heater 62 built in a fixing roller of the fixing part for fixing a toner picture on a transfer paper, and controls on-off a triac 57 by the comparator 56 at the time of returning from the energy-saving mode to the normal operation mode, and by the CPU 53 in the normal operation mode, to control energizing the AC heater 62 of the fixing part. |
