PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel filling pipe and a manufacturing method of the fuel filling pipe provided with a gun guide, manufactured only with a simple process and a single pipe and reducible in cost. SOLUTION: This fuel filling pipe has an enlarged pipe part 1c of double structure continuous inside and outside at the end of the pipe, a cap screwing screw 12 in the enlarged pipe part on the opening part side, and a gun guide 9 protruded inward into the pipe and integrally continuous with the vicinity of a neck part reaching the enlarged pipe part. The method of manufacturing the fuel filling pipe comprises a process of enlarging a part of the pipe, a process of contracting the tip of the enlarged pipe part, a process of bending the middle part of the enlarged pipe part inward, a process of adhering the enlarged pipe part of double structure continuous inside and outside, a process of providing the gun guide protruded inward into the pipe and integrally continuous with the vicinity of the neck part reaching the enlarged pipe part, and a process of providing the cap screwing screw in the enlarged part on the opening part side.
