发明名称 DRIVING SHAFT COOLING MECHANISM
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve positioning accuracy by cooling a ball screw of a shaft driving mechanism freely moving in a space of a parallel mechanism machine tool. SOLUTION: This driving shaft cooling mechanism is provided with a cooling liquid relay pipe fixed on an end bottom part of a hollow hole 1a provided on the ball screw 1 driven by a nut and inserted into the hollow hole 1a, and a cooling liquid supply pipe 13 and a delivery pipe 18 installed adjacently to a fixture part on the other end of the ball screw and inserted into the hollow hole 1a of the ball screw 1. The cooling liquid supply pipe is fitted into the ball screw hollow hole and overlapped, and sealed so that the cooling liquid does not leak out in spite of the movement of the ball screw. The cooling liquid relay pipe 31 is provided with plural holes on a wall of the pipe near a fixture part at an end through which the cooling liquid passes into the inside. The other end thereof is fitted onto the cooling liquid delivery pipe 18 and overlapped. A cooling liquid delivery path is always maintained in spite of movements of the ball screw 1. After directly cooling the ball screw 1, the cooling liquid supplied inside of the ball screw 1 by the cooling liquid supply pipe 13 is returned and sent to the delivery pipe 18 through the relay pipe provided inside near the end of the all screw 1.
