PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated heat exchanger that can be improved in heat- exchanging efficiency by mixing fluids flowing through tubes with each other and can prevent the stagnation of condensate when the exchanger is used as an evaporator. SOLUTION: In this integrated heat exchanger, a fluid passage is formed by joining shaped plates to each other and, tubes having corrugated inner fins extended in the longitudinal direction of the shaped plates and outer fins are alternately laminated upon another. In addition, projecting sections which are protruded toward the fluid passage and obliquely extended in the extended directions of the inner fins are provided on the shaped plates and the corrugated inner fins are joined to the projecting sections.
