PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice making machine which can store the history of a current operating state or an operating history upon generation of an abnormality and perform a maintenance upon failure in accordance with the operating history. SOLUTION: In the ice making machine, a controller (41) monitors and controls an ice making operation by sensors (26, 27, 29, 31a, 37). In the ice making machine, a non-volatile memory (47) capable of rewriting is provided. In the non-volatile memory, operating history storage areas (57a, 57b, 57c, 57d) are ensured. The controller is provided with a means for storing sampled sensor data, input and output data and data including sampling time of the data in time series in the operating history storage areas.
