PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bend of a floor member by transmitting a collision load applied on the floor member of a cabin in a vehicle collision to a chassis frame. SOLUTION: In the floor member 3 for a cab-over type vehicle provided along the lower surface of a cab floor 2 of the cabin of the cab-over type vehicle and forming a kick part 31 inclining obliquely rearward up at a middle position in the longitudinal direction to putting a rear half in a higher position than a member front half, a projecting member 4 projecting rearward along the chassis frame 1 is provided on the back surface of a bent part 33 between the member front half part 30 and a kick part 31, the rear end 43 of the projecting member 4 approximate and faces the front end of a base end member 6 of a front suspension 5 attached on the upper surface of the chassis frame 1, the rear end 43 of the projecting member 4 gets into contacts with the base end member 6 of the front suspension 5 when the floor member 3 is pushed rearward by a vehicle collision.
