PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer in which the discharging direction of a printed sheet can be set optimally for the operating section of the printer or the feeding direction of a cable. SOLUTION: A print means having a sheet outlet engages rotatably with the body section 1 having an operating part, e.g. a sheet feed switch, and an external interface part.
