PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a vegetation zone is provided to maximize the effects on landscape architecture by placing seeds evenly, to increase productivity and to shorten manufacturing hours by automation. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for a vegetation zone comprises the steps of: manufacturing reticular weaving fabrics(100); piling lower vegetation paper(200) on the weaving fabrics(100); placing seeds(300) and fertilizer(400) on the lower vegetation paper(200); piling upper vegetation paper(500) on the seeds(300) and the fertilizer(400); partitioning the upper and lower vegetation paper(200,500) in a lattice shape, then heating and pressing by a heating roller(80A) and a mill roller(80B); cutting joint fabrics(600) into the appointed length enough for forming one sack; manufacturing a sack by sewing the edge of the cut joint fabrics(600); and attaching a tightening string to an opening of the sack.
