EASY DISPERSING PIGMENT, METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME, AND PRINTING INK USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are an easy dispersing pigment which overcomes problems and disadvantages of existing dry powder, wet cake and intermediate form thereof, a method for preparing the same, and a printing ink using the same. CONSTITUTION: The pigment has average particle size of 1-100 micron and moisture content of 5-15 wt%. The method for preparing the easy dispersing pigment comprises semi-drying a wet cake of pigment. The printing ink is produced by preparing the easy dispersing pigment and then mixing a predetermined amount of varnish(resin) into the pigment. The pigment shows low dust scattering and excellent handling property. The pigment can be easily produced by existing equipment without requiring a special device.
