摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging method and an imaging device having superior color reproducibility and satisfying image density, even when conducting high- speed and low-potential development. SOLUTION: In a tandem-type imaging method, an a-Si photoreceptor is used in a black station and an OPC photoreceptor is used in a color station, and conditions are set: for the a-Si photoreceptor: the absolute value of surface potential is 300 to 450 V, an SD gap is 350 to 800 μm, and the circumferential speed ratio of a developing sleeve to the photoreceptor is 1.1 to 4.0; for the OPC photoreceptor: the absolute value of the surface potential is 500 to 800 V, the SD gap is 350 to 800 μm, and the circumferential speed ratio of the developing sleeve to the photoreceptor is 1.1 to 4.0; the weight average particle size of toner is 4 to 10 μm, and the 50% volume average particle size of the carrier is 10 to 80 μm; the softening point of black toner is 90 deg.C to 115 deg.C, the softening point of color toner is 85 deg.C to 110 deg.C; the softening point of the black toner is higher than the softening point of the color toner by >=5 deg.; and the coloring force of the black toner is 1.0 to 1.8.
