PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural environment restoration wall easily achieving restoration of the natural environment on the wall surfaces of a building used to be considered difficult, for the purposes of enhancing the view of the building and easing the heat-island phenomenon, and a method of constructing it. SOLUTION: The natural environment restoration wall 1 comprises a deep frame 2 positioned along the wall of a building, removable natural-environment units 6 disposed on the frame, and a facility for helping the growth of the natural-environment units 6. The natural-environment units 6 comprise greening units 3 as greening and planting units, bird nest units 4 as creature-oriented space units, or a combination of either water-place units 5 or the greening and planting units and the creature-oriented space units. The wall of the building is greened and a space contributing to biodiversity is created.
