PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsification dispersion composition which shows excellent dispersion stability and is used for stably manufacturing a heat- sensitive recording material having a good performance. SOLUTION: This emulsification dispersion composition to be used for manufacturing the heat-sensitive recording material does not exhibit an exothermic peak caused by crystallization in a heat-up process from a room temperature (25 deg.C) to a molten state and a temperature lowering process from a molten state to a room temperature (25 deg.C) when a differential scanning calorimetry is performed. In addition, the emulsification dispersion composition is obtained by dispersedly emulsifying an oil phase containing a chemical compound having a color developing function to an electron donative dye precursor and an organic solvent in a water phase. |
