<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processor, eliminating disturbance of conforming of a sheet in the case of discharging it onto a process tray and capable of even easily processing or the like of a paper jam, and an image forming device provided with this sheet processor. SOLUTION: This sheet processor has a process tray 400 temporarily loading a discharged sheet, a discharge roller pair 404 discharging the sheet onto the process tray 400, an elastically deformable knurling belt 407 coming into contact with an upper surface of the sheet discharged to the process tray 400 to rotate so as to move the sheet to the upstream in a sheet discharge direction, and a refuge means making this knurling belt 407 take refuge in a direction separating from the sheet, and the sheet processor is characterized by making the knurling belt 407 take refuge in accordance with a sheet discharge mode to the process tray 400.</p> |
