PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calixarene compound (1) excellent in inclusive ability and separating ability and useful as a column for chromatography. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a calixarene compound represented by the general formula (1) [wherein at least one group of R<1> and R<2> represents CH2 =CH(CH2 )m <-> , trialkoxysilyl-(CH2 )m+2 <-> or polysiloxane-(CH2 )m+2 <-> (wherein m is 1-8) and the remainder represents a >=3C alkyl group; Ar represents a 6-10C aromatic hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent group; n is 2-4] and a stationary phase of chromatography using the calixarene compound.
