PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photography lens barrel for stereomicroscope which can reduce an image deviation and with which the increase in the size of the device can be avoided, and provide a stereomicroscope provided with the same. SOLUTION: The photography lens barrel for stereomicroscope is provided with selection means 11, 14 to 16 which selectively deflect each luminous flux advancing on the observation optical path on either side of the stereomicroscope used for the stereoscopic vision of a sample and guides it to an identical same predetermined optical path, an image forming optical system 17 which is placed fixedly by aligning its optical axis on the predetermined optical path and images the luminous flux guided to the predetermined optical path by the selection means, a deflection optical system 18 which deflects the image forming luminous flux obtained from the image forming optical system, and a mounting part to which a photographing device to photograph the image of the sample on the basis of the image forming luminous flux deflected by the deflection optical system is attached.
