PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rain water use equipment requiring no electric power which has a simple configuration and can be produced at a low cost. SOLUTION: This is a rain water use equipment in which an intake pipe 2 branched from a drain pipe 1 is connected to a water storage tank 5 and the drain pipe 1 is equipped with a valve device 10 at a lower portion of the water intake pipe 2 and rain water flowing through the drain pipe 1 is stored in the water storage tank 5, the storage tank 5 is equipped with a float mechanism moving up and down interlocked with the amount of water stored, and the valve device 10 opens or closes when interlocked with the float mechanism 30. The valve device 10 maintains the interlocking movement by magnetically connecting a coupling shaft 16 moving up and down inside drain pipe 1 to a drive ring 18 interlocked with a float mechanism 30.
