PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper container packaging material for filling and packaging a liquid food which is provided with a superior extrusion laminating characteristic and its converting characteristic necessary in producing a packaging material, is easily produced, is quickly heat sealed, whose heat seal strength is satisfactory, which is sealed satisfactory with no influence of the temperature of filled contents, and has a smell keeping or quality maintaining characteristic. SOLUTION: This paper container packaging material includes at least each of the constituent outermost thermoplastic material layer, paper base material layer, barrier layer, and innermost thermoplastic material layer laminated in the order. The innermost layer contains at least a wire form low density polyethylene having a narrow spread of molecule weight with such characteristic parameters as an average density of 0.900-0.915, a peak melting point of 88-103 deg.C, a melt-flow index of 5-20, a swelling ratio of 1.4-1.6, and a laminate thickness of 20-50μm.
