PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a material capable of more widely exhibiting improving action of functional mineral powder on organisms and the near environment while effectively using waste. SOLUTION: Functional mineral powder is mixed with a rigid plastic in a molten state, made into a monofilament and formed into a cottony state. Especially a recycled resin of waste PET bottles is used as the rigid plastic and silica gel powder is used as at least one of the functional mineral powder. Consequently, a mat-like cottony body of three-dimensional stitch structure having an extremely high porosity is obtained.
