PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the quantity of light being emitted from each light emitting element in an imaging apparatus or the diameter of a light spot conveniently with a sufficient accuracy. SOLUTION: In the imaging apparatus where an image is written by means of an LED array head 33, correction data for correcting emission from each light emitting element and an adjacent light emitting element such that a specified region on a photosensitive body is irradiated with a specified quantity of light or a specified spot diameter is stored in a correction data storing section 14. Emission from each light emitting element and an adjacent light emitting element is controlled based on image data and its correction data. |
