PURPOSE: A lift for parking and lifting is provided to reduce the cost of production of a device for parking and lifting by moving a pallet without a drive motor or a hydraulic device, to improve the durability of a lift, and to prevent the shakiness of the lift in use. CONSTITUTION: Four pillars(10) are installed in four positions depending on the size of a vehicle(1). A threaded portion is formed on the outer face of each pillar. The inner face of a movable gear is movably combined with the threaded portion. The movable gears are rotatably supported on the outer portion of a pallet(20) having a vehicle fixing unit. A rotating roller(30) rotates by wheels(5) of the vehicle. The rotation of the rotating roller is controlled by a rotation preventing unit. A rotating shaft(60) is rotatably installed in the rotating roller by a chain at front or rear portion of the pallet. A rotating gear is integrally combined. The rotating gear is engaged with the movable gear of the pillar.
