PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of activated artificial cotton which is characterized by having antibiosis, adsorptivity and deodorizing ability because of containing activated charcoal, radiating far infrared ray and activating ability of the human body. CONSTITUTION: The activated artificial cotton is obtained by a process containing the steps of: composing mixed powder out of 85% of the activated charcoal and 15% of inorganic antibacterial carrier containing silver; mixing 0.5-20% of the mixed powder and 80-99.5% of one resin selected from the group containing polyester, nylon, acrylic resin, polypropylene resin and silicone resin; and then melt spinning.
