PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature burnt porcelain which is burnable in the low temperature region of <=1,000 deg.C, has a reduced dielectric constant εr, an increased quality coefficient and a reduced occurrence of cracks. SOLUTION: The low temperature burnt porcelain contains a barium component of 10 to 64 wt.% expressed in terms of BaO, a silicon component of 20 to 80 wt.% expressed in terms of SiO2 , an aluminum component of 0.1 to 20 wt.% expressed in terms of Al2 O3 , a boron component of 0.3 to 1.0 wt.% expressed in terms of B2 O3 , a zinc component of 0.5 to 20 wt.% expressed in terms of ZnO and a bismuth component of <=20 wt.% expressed in terms of Bi2 O3 . |
