PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for liberating juvenile aquatic life without causing the scattering of the liberated life to achieve the fixation of the life near an underwater construction. SOLUTION: The underwater construction provides an environment from the liberation to the fixation of juvenile life of artificially hatched or grown aquatic life. A liberation base 5 enabling the free access of juvenile life is detachably fixed to a submerged base 1 of the aquatic construction.
