PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower head by which a raw water such as city water is efficiently activated to make it to be useful for beauty and health, to provide a method for effectively utilizing the shower head for feeding the activated water and to provide a method for effectively utilizing the activated water as a cosmetic composition. SOLUTION: The shower head with a structure provided with at least one among a device with a minus ion generating source and acting the minus ions on the shower water, a device with a far IR rays generating source and acting far IR rays on the shower water and a device for removing impurities and residual chlorine is provided and the method for effectively utilizing the activated water is provided. |
