PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paddle mixer for continuous mixing with which a highly viscous object to be mixed is continuously and sufficiently mixed. SOLUTION: This paddle mixer 5 for continuous mixing is provided with a cylindrical casing 50 with an internal space 50a for mixing the object to be mixed, feeding ports 51a and 51b of the object to be mixed disposed on one end side of the casing 50, the discharge port 52 of a mixed object disposed on the other end side of the casing 50, a rotary shaft 53 freely rotatably attached inside the casing 50 and planar paddles 54 to 56 attached to the rotary shaft 53 between the feeding ports 51a, 51b and the discharge port 52. The action surface of the paddle 56 attached on the side of the discharge port 52 is almost orthogonal to the rotating direction of the paddle 56 and the acting surfaces of the paddles 54 and 55 other than the paddle 56 attached on the side of the discharge port 52 cross the rotating direction.
