PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomograph capable of rapidly generating a three- dimensional sectional image of a region of interest of a specimen. SOLUTION: The tomograph comprises an X-ray tube R and a flat panel type X-ray detector D synchronously moved and scanned in a circular arc state, a parallel linear state or the like via the specimen M, a convolution processing unit 54 for convolution-processing projected data detected at each scanning position, and a back project processing unit 56 for back projecting the convolution-processed projected data to a predetermined lattice point of a three- dimensional lattice group to be virtually set to a region of interest of the photographed specimen M to reconstitute the image by generating the three- dimensional volume data of the region of interest. Thus, the three-dimensional volume data of the region of interest can be generated without tomographing a plurality of times, and the three-dimensional tomographic image of the region of interest of the specimen can be rapidly generated. |
