摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manipulator for treatment and a system using the manipulator, with which a treating action can be performed inside a narrow treating space within the visual field of an endoscope by making the manipulator movable in a direction perpendicular to the inserting direction of the manipulator inside the narrow treating space. SOLUTION: This manipulator for treatment is provided with an outer cylinder 1 formed to be hollow and provided with an opening part opened in the direction perpendicular to the inserting direction of the manipulator 2 on a tip part side face, a movable member 3 attached to a position facing the opening part 1a of the outer cylinder 1 at the tip part of the manipulator 2 and a moving means for moving the manipulator 2 in the direction perpendicular to the inserting direction of the manipulator together with the movable member 3.
