PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a new soybean milk dessert hardly having shape-keeping properties, and further having a semisolid shape, soft and special thick and smooth feeling, and the feeling of melting in the mouth. SOLUTION: This soybean milk dessert is produced by mixing raw materials including the soybean milk to provide a liquid mixture, adding an oil and fat composition to the obtained mixture, adding a bittern to the liquid mixture so as not to be solidified to provide a liquid mixture with the bittern, and heating the liquid mixture with the bittern to form a semisolid state. |
