SOLUTION: This soybean milk dessert is produced by mixing raw materials including the soybean milk to provide a liquid mixture, adding an oil and fat composition to the obtained mixture, adding a bittern to the liquid mixture so as not to be solidified to provide a liquid mixture with the bittern, and heating the liquid mixture with the bittern to form a semisolid state.
