PURPOSE: A self-awareness bioclock is provided to immediately and easily aware the state of a property increase and decrease or a debt increase and decrease for a time flow which people are not easily conscious of it in a usual life. CONSTITUTION: A self-awareness bioclock includes a bioclock circuit(1) provided with a counter block(13) for calculating a predetermined numerical value to aware an active flow associated with the self-life, a bioclock display panel(11) for identifying the calculated value at the counter block(13) and determining the calculated value and for displaying an increase and decrease of the determined value in the unit of time/minute/second, a universal up-down counter block(12) for increasing/decreasing the determined valued calculated at the counter block(13) in the unit of time/minute/second in accordance with the up-down mode and a mode selection switch S2 for selecting a calculation mode of the counter block(13) and a bioclock mode of the universal up-down counter block(13).
