In order to obtain a homogenous mixture, the powdery components are mixed with a liquid dispersing agent in a suspension with the aid of ultrasound and dosed having said consistency. Mixing for obtaining a suspension can also be carried out directly in a casing receiving the pyrotechnic primer charges.
