PURPOSE: A system for a stock type shopping mall and a management method thereof are provided to determine a final discount rate of an article by applying a stock type price change based on the information about the article and to make a consumer purchase an article at a lower price by offering information to the consumer. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a web server(200), a user client(100), and the Internet(300). The web server comprises a member registration module(202), a reservation purchase management module(204), a stock price management module(206), a purchase payment module(208), a cyber money management module(210), a delivery module(212), and a control module(214). The web server interlocks with databases(216-222). The stock price management module calculates a moderate fluctuation range by analyzing information and depending on the variables affecting the stock price of an article. After a period of reservation is finished, a final price is calculated.
