PURPOSE: A stopper support structure of a rear opening and shutting part of a vehicle is provided to improve marketability of a vehicle by improving in appearance and preventing the gap between a bumper cover and a support surface from being tainted. CONSTITUTION: In a stopper support structure of a rear opening and shutting part of a vehicle, a stopper(3) is installed to a rear opening and shutting part of a vehicle and a support surface(14) for placing of the stopper is formed on a body panel(16) with exposed. A support surface-extended part(10), extended and curved along the external surface of the support surface so that the stopper may be supported to the body panel through a bumper cover(15), is formed to the bumper cover, and the support surface and the support surface-extended part are stuck fast. Therefore, foreign substances are not accumulated between the bumper cover and support surface-extended part.
