PURPOSE: A water quality improvement using the micro-channel structured material is provided, which converts effectively water into a state having a structure useful for human body by using the mechanism stating that water quality change when a material that adsorbs water strongly (ceramic) acts on water in the form of fine particle or madreporite, a strong magnetic substance. CONSTITUTION: The water quality improvement using the micro-channel structured material comprises the steps of converting insoluble polymers (ceramic, polysaccharide) that present in water having rich dissolved hydroxyl radical or hydrophilic radical and strong adhesive force into a porous type (having fine channel), a strong magnetic substance; storing the water into micro channel in madreporite that prevents any contact between water and micro channel if any water present outside the fine channel during storage; holding for an extended time for the water inside the micro channel to be fully converted to hexagonal water; and collect water outside the micro channel only.
