PURPOSE: An order processing and operating method is provided to enable a client to make a menu order, to browse advertisements, to play a game, to send a message, and to apply a table meeting or a music via a mobile terminal installed at a table, to process the request of the client and to issue a receipt to the client. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a client pushing a button or pushing a finger on a touch panel of the mobile terminal for selecting a menu, a central processor analyzing the selection of the client, the central processor offering a corresponding service, the client inputting a member number or a resident registration number when selecting a menu, the central processor accumulating a milage point, the central processor offering a game or an advertisement embedded in the terminal or stored at the processor, the central processor offering a booking service to the client via a message transmission, the client requesting a music listening service, the central processor calculating or printing an account bill, and the central processor displaying a today special service on the terminal.
